Neuromodulators: Botox and Xeomin

The Difference You’re Looking For

Botox and Xeomin work by temporarily reducing muscle activity to areas that cause moderate to severe facial wrinkles- such as forehead lines, lines between eyebrows, crows' feet, vertical lip lines and jaw clenching. With repeated muscle contraction from smiling, frowning, squinting, or raising eyebrows; this causes the skin furrow or fold that gradually results in the formation of unwanted facial lines.

The Botox and Xeomin cosmetic injections are tiny, quick treatments that work within the muscle to temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe facial lines. When the muscle activity stops, the lines begin to soften; helping you achieve a natural, more youthful appearance.

Dermal Fillers:  Juvederm family, Restylane, Radiesse and Belotero

Customized For Your Needs

These dermal fillers are gel-like substances made up of hyaluronic acid (HA), and Radiesse being made up of calcium hydroxyapatite- both of which are naturally occurring substances in the body.  As aging progresses, volume is lost in the face- causing skin to sag, eyes to appear hollow, chin crease to deepen and lips to thin. Dermal fillers temporarily help replenish this lost volume. With strategic placement of dermal fillers, your face can appear more youthful with fullness and less sagging.

These injections are tiny and beneath the skin surface. A topical anesthetic is applied to the skin prior to treatment, for a more comfortable experience. And the dermal fillers are infused with lidocaine for lasting comfort after the injections. The body then naturally absorbs the dermal fillers over a period of 9-18 months.

Sometimes, a combination of treatments- neuromodulators and dermal fillers- are needed for the most youthful, natural appearance.
